Caroline’s additional background as a registered yoga teacher and bodywork therapist, as well as a lifelong meditator and musician, further inform her work of inviting the whole person into balance, true resonance and harmony--with body, mind, spirit, and energy.
My History & Philosophy
I have always been intrigued by relationship dynamics. My initial training began as a young, curious witness as the 4th of 8 children raised on a farm in rural upstate New York.
From an early age, I made observations about how family systems work, how so many personalities in the same house attempted to differentiate as well as connect, and how communication could change so quickly–with misunderstandings aplenty.
Coming from such a large family, I was immersed in many competing energy systems within a single space. I learned how the same situation could be perceived very differently by various people, and about the inherent struggles humans face in wanting to be known and witnessed, as well as figuring out how to be together, alone, and apart. This early “training” is where my fascination with interpersonal relationships and communication styles took root and blossomed into the work I do today.
Naturally intuitive, deeply empathetic, and trained in a variety of modalities, I use a large toolbox to draw awareness to the inner knowing (inner resources) that resides in each person. I focus on the healing of the body, mind, and spirit collectively, and encourage conscious and energetic transformation for each individual or couple. I help challenge limited beliefs and patterns, thus awakening new possibilities for connection, freedom, empowerment, sensuality, and joy.
